Tichborne Park Cricket Club

Tichborne Park Cricket Club

Tichborne Park Cricket Club lies just outside the market town of New Alresford, within the grounds of the historic Tichborne Park Estate. The ground is one of the most picturesque in Hampshire, and is a favourite with touring teams.

We currently run three Saturday League teams. The First Team play in Southern Premier League Division 3.The Second Team in the Hampshire League Regional Division 2 North and the Third Team in Regional Division 4 North East; we also play in the Winchester & District Evening League.

In the 'close' season the club play indoor cricket in three different leagues, with two teams in the Winchester league, two in the Alton League and a team at Dummer Cricket Centre.

We have a thriving colts section, with six teams ranging from under 9's up to under 15's, and can cater for all abilities within the club set-up. All junior teams play weekly in the Winchester and District leagues, with the under 9's, 11's and 13's playing on Sundays, while the under 15's participate in an evening league on Fridays. During the winter we run under 11's, 13's, 15's and 16's teams in Dummer and Winchester. For More details on junior cricket please contact Kevin Bristow at kevinmbristow@btinternet.com.

The Club is currently in the process of attaining ClubMark accreditation. For more information on this please visit the 'postings' section of this site, or contact the ClubMark Committee at tichborneparkcc@hotmail.co.uk
